Statistical Methods for Social Research

This is a second course in social statistics, required of our Ph.D. students. The course focuses on regression analysis, linear models, and generalized linear models, such as logistic regression. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of statistical methods, including the use of modern statistical computer software.
