McMaster Social Sciences Society
McMaster Social Sciences Society (MSSS) is a student-run organization with the main goal of enhancing the experience of undergraduate Social Sciences students at McMaster, since 1988. The MSSS runs Welcome Week activities, mentorship programs, provides leadership opportunities, organizes volunteer activities and so much more!
McMaster Student Union
The McMaster Student Union (MSU) is the central student government at McMaster. Along with running the campus radio station, newspaper, pub and a convenience store. The MSU also delivers several events throughout the year and recognizes almost 300 campus clubs. More information about student life can be found here.
Athletics and Recreation
If you live an active lifestyle, you may be interested in some of the sports-based clubs. You may also want to check out McMaster Athletics and Recreation, which is home to seven gymnasiums, three studios, three natural grass fields, two artificial soft-surface fields, a 50-metre pool, 200m indoor track, squash courts, an indoor climbing wall and the only Alpine Tower High Ropes course at a Canadian university. McMaster also recently resurfaced a 400m outdoor running track, making it one of the best in the country.
