View the Room Booking page that you can use to see if the LRW rooms are available for booking: Once you click on the link choose the “Continue without Logging In” option at the bottom of the page. You can then click on the Rooms tab on the top left side of the page, choose LRW – L.R. Wilson Hall from the drop-down menu, choose the room that you want to see the calendar for and click on the calendar icon beside it. This will show you the availability for this room.
We ask that you use this link when possible before sending us your request for a booking as it might help decrease the amount of emails going back and forth. Please let me know if you have any questions.
