Laurie is the Director of Research and Learning. With strong research skills and an interest in learning she helps clients make complex policy issues accessible and engaging for the public. She can quickly assess the intellectual landscape of many issues to develop unbiased programming and balanced curriculum that support citizen engagement and improve policy development.

She also works as a Teaching Assistant Trainer at the University of Toronto, where she facilitates workshops on effective pedagogy and accessible curriculum design.
