Biography

My academic interests center on issues pertaining to Jewish identity during the Second Temple Period. Topics of interest include rethinking sectarian identity, examining Jewish beliefs surrounding the inclusion/exclusion of Gentiles, and more broadly, the formation of identity boundaries and their application to communities in the ancient world.
