UN Report highlights dangers of Climate Change

Professor Robert O’Brien analyses the political impact of the latest UN Climate Change Report.

On the 8th of October 2018 the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change released its Special Report on Global Warming of 1.5° C.  The report outlines the difficult of staying within the target and the need for immediate government action.   In an interview with The Hamilton Spectator Professor O’Brien explains the political impact of the report and how Canadian politics is likely to be influenced by the debate over climate change policy.
