Understanding American Foreign Policy Through a National Security Council Simulation

American Foreign Policy Students Engaged in a National Security Council Simulation.

Mar 15, 2018

Students in Political Science 4UF3 "US Foreign Policy" participated in a National Security Council (NSC) meeting on March 8th to discuss how the United States should respond to North Korea's enhanced capabilities. The students enthusiastically engaged in the role-play simulation in order to better understand the issues, policymakers, and challenges involved with the creation and implementation of American foreign policy. The students convincingly performed their roles and came up with an appropriate policy decision. Congratulations to all the participants!
